What the kitchen floor wants...

My kitchen floors demands to have these tiles, I simply must obey.

Oh and is it just my kitchen floor or is yours this demanding too?

Genesis antique brass iron wire round stool end table

I recently saw this in a friend's house... It was love at first sight. Not only can I not find one to buy, the ones that I have found sold, sell for a small fortune.

Here's hoping that the lovely lady whose house I saw it in, wants to donate it to me *fingers crossed*...

Brass pineapple ice bucket 1960s

When oh when will this brass pineapple ice bucket of beauty appear in my life?

Universe do your magic...

Ivor Morris block print 1972

Recently won an original block print from 1972 on eBay for 99p...

This is copy 2 of 6 (or so it says on the back)

Add the print, delivery and frame cost and it totals to a bargain £15.49... I know amazing right!

I love it... Thanks Ivor Morris (who ever you may be).

Moving means decorating...

With the ceiling plastered to cover up the delightful 80s artex and sofas ordered it was time time start the painting.

It is not completely finished yet... we still need to work out our ceiling lights, find the right dining table and maybe include the String shelving system... but it's already looking and feeling fabulous.

Our new guest room

Our guest room is practically finished... just few dressing things to do and it's done. We are really pleased on how the room has come together and the how it feels. It is now a room we will be proud to show our guests. We love it!
